Information we receive and why we use it
Contact and quotation forms collect your name, email address, phone number when supplied, city or project location, and the details of your enquiry. We use this information to reply, understand your requirements, prepare a quotation and follow up on your request and any resulting service. Required contact fields help us respond; optional fields are identified in the form. Please do not send payment card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Where requests are stored and who handles them
Form messages are saved in the website management system and delivered to the business email account. The business owner is responsible for following up enquiries and privacy requests. The website uses Namecheap hosting and Google email services. Some information may be processed outside Saudi Arabia depending on the locations used by these providers; applicable data protection requirements are considered when administering these services. Sending an enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing messages.
Technical records, cookies and external services
Hosting services may keep technical records such as connection address, browser type and request time to operate and protect the site and diagnose problems. The site uses cookies needed for its functions and language preferences. Google Analytics has not been enabled in the current website setup.
Embedded maps may connect to Google services when loaded. If you open WhatsApp, Google Maps, Linktree or social media links, information handled by those services is subject to their operators’ privacy policies. Please review those policies before sharing information with them.
Retention
Enquiries and quotations that do not become contracts are retained only while necessary for follow-up, for a maximum of 12 months from the last relevant contact. Information is destroyed or anonymised without delay if its purpose ends sooner. Confirmed orders, contracts and related warranty, legal or dispute records are retained for the period required by their purpose or applicable obligations, then destroyed when no longer needed. The business owner oversees periodic reviews. Isolated backup copies may remain until their retention cycle ends; destruction requests must be respected if a backup is restored. Contact us to ask about a particular request or exercise applicable destruction rights.

You may request information about the use of your personal data, access and a copy, correction or completion, or destruction in circumstances where this is available. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it; removing contact details may affect our ability to follow up. Requests are subject to applicable requirements and any necessary retention obligations. We may request information needed to verify the requester’s identity and protect their data.
